All ticket sales are generally non-refundable.
Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Park closure due to unforeseen circumstances
Technical issues in payment resulting in duplicate charges
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Rescheduling requests (if applicable) must be made prior to the scheduled visit date and are subject to management approval.
No refunds will be issued for:
Unused tickets
Early departure from the park
Missed rides due to personal reasons
Violation of park rules
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
