RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Ticket Purchases
  • All ticket sales are generally non-refundable.

  • Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged or transferred.


2. Cancellation by Management

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Park closure due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Technical issues in payment resulting in duplicate charges

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests (if applicable) must be made prior to the scheduled visit date and are subject to management approval.


4. Partial Refunds

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused tickets

  • Early departure from the park

  • Missed rides due to personal reasons

  • Violation of park rules


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.
